Abundance

“Both abundance and lack [of abundance] exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend." - Sarah Ban Breathnach

Hopeful Signs

Two things:

Yesterday I felt good -- all day long.

And today, I definitely notice less pain.

Light coming in! Any progress for any length of time is still progress! Happy for you.

Oh yeh, they said some things at the Santa Rosa conference. Fortunately, not many are experiencing toxic effects. Gains are being made to about the 4th or 6th month. Some plateauing and some relapsing after that. The race is on as to what additional supps or meds will allow one to hold onto their gains. Your methylation supps will hopefully help with that.
Turn on your yoga awareness mind and notice if certain supps are helping or hindering long term recovery. They're still looking for the long term answers.
Best to you.

Thanks, all!

Zac -- One of the reasons I started the methylation supplements. I'm hoping they'll help me hang on to any gains I might get. I'm pretty confident in the supps I'm taking now; I've tried others and eliminated them based on lack of effectiveness. These seem to be giving me a hint of help, at least! Also, I plan on continuing pacing and taking care of myself when/if I "get better." Hopefully that will help me avoid too big a relapse.

Shelli, I'm so pleased for you! Best wishes for many more days of energy!

I do think that continuing to pace is a good idea, for what it's worth - not in a fearful "don't dare do that" sort of way, but in a scrupulous self-care sort of way. I've had two or three phases of remission, and I feel like I "blew" them by treating myself less lovingly than I should have and not eating quite so properly, taking vitamins, getting rest, etc.

Thank you for sharing your path with us!

Stacy, thanks! And I agree. I have to kind of "curb my enthusiasm" and not go to fast. I don't want to jink anything.

And thanks, Sue. Any good day is a celebration!
