Signs I may be heading out of my relapse:
Thursday, I was able to shop AND cook dinner! Go me!
I got my hair cut yesterday after EIGHT months! I feel sassy.

I'll bet you're looking sassy, too. Isn't a new haircut a miracle worker???
Yay! Brilliant news.
Yay - you go girl!
A good hair day is a wonderful thing.

Applauding!
May the sassy life continue!
So glad you're feeling sassy!! I'm just making the rounds trying to catch up on what I missed while I was away - I'm up to the L's!
I hit the grocery store this morning, but it was a BIG mistake. I think my allergies have triggered a major crash - I'm feeling really awful today. So glad to hear you are feeling better. A trip to the grocery store AND cooking dinner in the same day is a huge milestone - I hope it continues!

Doesn't a new haircut (and finding the energy to go) feel WONDERFUL. I'm so glad that you have so many signs that you are coming out of your relapse. Just remember, not too much, too fast. :-)
Hi Shelli ~
I like your blog site. Yes, when I allow myself the treat of a haircut (and in my case highlighting... which is needed more often these days! I've gotta go darker I think so the roots and the grays don't show so quickly! My picture is from '06. A lot changes in your 50's!)
Also, I love it when that happens: being able to accomplish two big things in one day! I rarely cook dinner on the day I grocery shopped!
Judy
P.S. I see you are in CA like me.
Judy, it's a pleasure to meet you! In seeing your comments around familiar blogs, it looks like you've been around the CFS community longer than I have. I also see you have a passion for writing. My CFS slowdown has pushed me in that direction as well. That's a good thing; it's something I've wanted to do as long as I can remember.
My picture is from a couple of years ago, too. :) Better days, eh?
Welcome, neighbor!
