I overdid it yesterday. How, you may ask?
I did my stretches and yoga. I threw a turkey in the oven. I folded TWO loads of laundry. And I roasted some vegetables.
My sweet 13-year old daughter hugged me after dinner and said, "Boy, you really did a lot today, Mom."
*sigh* This is why the type-A person inside of me is climbing up the walls.

Sorry you're paying for your "busy" day yesterday, Shelli, but I really loved your last comment! The type A person inside me is ALWAYS climbing the walls!!
How nice that your daughter understands so well. Hope you enjoyed Thanksgiving with your family.
Sue
I relate so well to the type A personality climbing the walls...after 26 yrs with CFS/ME I have adjusted better but give me a house full of people and I am right back at it.
I totally know you feel. The Type A person inside me is ALWAYS climbing the walls. It's funny that what seems like a lot to me now used to be NOTHING! That's so hard to deal with and accept!
