That's what they say, anyway! And I love any excuse for a little chocolate. In celebration of the wonderfulness of chocolate, I found this fabulous blog:
Dying For Chocolate
It's full of yummy recipes using chocolate. Just make sure it's a high percentage dark chocolate to get the full antioxidant benefits. I'm including it on my sidebar, if you ever want to visit again.
Abundance

I eat at least 2 squares of dark chocolate every single day!
It's good for you, and it makes you happy to eat :)
Love it.
Annie
oh dang, will they ever stop coming up with good things about chocolate? I am absolutely convinced that it's a miracle drug. :)
Hope you're doing well.
I NEVER need any reason to eat great organic chocolate! But...if it makes me feel better as a result...you will get NO complaints from me! Ha Ha
I LOVE all kinds of chocolate (especially dark), but it really, really hurts my throat. :( Punishment for eating too much of the glorious stuff when I was little, me thinks!
Shelli--I'm sitting here with two squares of dark chocolate in front of me and one in my tummy. There is a perk in having CFS!
I have finally figured out how to get to your CFS blog-Yeah, now I can follow you...
Chocolate is a necessary (!) part of each day for me. Thanks for reminding me it's okay!
